East West Park, FDG and Caruso, Turley and Scott have established a joint design team venture providing the parking industry with integrated planning, design, technology and development services.

The parking Solutions Team works closely with its private sector and government clients and partners to assess the feasibility of building new garages, to estimate the cost of expanding existing garages, to plan and engineer surface parking lots, to analyze the structural integrity of existing garages, to implement technology solutions and to undertake the design/engineer/build process of new garage developments in select locations throughout the United States.

From Arizona to New York, from New Jersey to Florida, from North Carolina to Texas and throughout Arizona, team principals have performed ins collaborative manner to implement numerous projects valued with a combined value of $300 million.
